At Ityaara, we are dedicated to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the details related to shipping timelines, costs, and procedures to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

 

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Timeline

We offer shipping across India and selected international destinations.

 

🚚 Domestic Shipping (Within India):
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days
Shipping partners: Trusted national couriers like Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, etc.

 

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders over ₹999 (India only).

  • A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below the free shipping threshold or COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.

  • International shipping charges are calculated based on weight, size, and destination at checkout.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email or SMS.
You can track your package on the respective courier’s website using this tracking ID.

 

5. Delays & Delivery Issues

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Courier partner delays

  • Incorrect shipping details

  • Customs clearance (for international orders)

  • Unforeseen logistical issues

Although we are not responsible for courier-related or customs delays, we are committed to supporting you in resolving any concerns.

 

6. Address & Delivery Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete during checkout.

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels due to incorrect address entries.

 

7. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If your package is returned to us due to delivery failure or incorrect address:

  • We will contact you for a revised address.

  • We can re-ship the order (additional shipping charges may apply).

  • If delivery is not possible, we can process a refund (excluding shipping costs).

 

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or find any items missing, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
