What kind of fabrics do you sell?

We specialize in high-quality embroidered fabrics, designer sarees, and ready-to-wear ethnic wear collections including kurta sets, jacket sets, and dresses — all crafted in-house using premium materials.

Do you sell fabrics in half-metre cuts?

Currently, fabrics are sold in full metre cuts only. However, we are exploring flexible ordering options and may offer half-metre cuts in the future.

Can I return or exchange fabric after purchase?

Due to the nature of cut fabrics, we do not accept returns or exchanges on fabric purchases unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please read product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location.

Which courier partner do you use?

We work with trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post for domestic orders, and DHL/FedEx for international deliveries.

How long will my order take to arrive?

• Domestic Orders: Usually delivered within 5–7 business days.

• International Orders: May take 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also log in to your account on our website to track your shipment.

 

 

🧾 Orders & Payments

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select products and pincodes within India. COD limits may apply based on order value.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and wallet payments through our secure payment gateway powered by Razorpay.

What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos. We’ll arrange for a return or replacement at the earliest.
