Where can I check my order details?
To view your order details, simply log in to your account on our website at www.ityaara.com. Once logged in, navigate to the "My Orders" section to access all your past orders.
Alternatively, a confirmation of your order will be sent to both your registered WhatsApp number and email after placing the order.
Can I change my address after placing the order?
Yes, you can change the delivery address as long as your order has not been shipped. Once the order leaves the warehouse, we are unable to modify the address.
If you would like to change the address to an international location, please note that the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees. However, if you have selected international shipping and would like to change the delivery address to India, the shipping fees will be refunded as Store Credit.

The print has irregularities. Why?
Since our products are not machine made in large quantities but are made by artisans in small batches, each batch could have slight differences in the print due to the human involvement in the process. These minor irregularities are what make each piece truly one-of-a-kind.
The colour of the product I received is slightly different from the images. Why?
The photos of our products are taken in different lighting environments. We aim to capture images as close to real life as possible, but screens and cameras cannot always perfectly replicate what the human eye sees, so slight colour variations may occur.
Additionally, because our products are handcrafted in small batches by artisans, variations in dyeing and processing can cause slight differences in colour shade from one batch to another.
Where are my tracking details?
As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking details. Please also check your spam or junk folder in case the email is filtered there.
Do you offer reverse pickup for returns?
Yes, we offer reverse pickup for eligible item returns within India. This service is not available for international returns.
In some locations, reverse pickup may not be available. In such cases, we may ask you to ship the product back to us, after which a full Store Credit will be issued.
