At Ityaara, we aim to deliver your favourite outfits to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping guidelines below.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 to 72 hours (1–3 working days).
- In case of internal issues, quality checks, festive rush, bad weather, or any product-related delays, dispatch time may extend up to 15 days.
- Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days.
Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time is 3 to 15 days, depending on your location and courier availability.
Tracking Details
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp or Email.
Tampered / Damaged Package
- If your parcel appears tampered, damaged, or opened, please do not accept the delivery.
- Once a tampered parcel is accepted, the customer will be solely responsible for any missing items or damages.
Reverse Pickup & Exchange
- Reverse pickup is available for eligible exchange items within India.
- For some addresses or remote pin codes, reverse pickup may not be available.
- In such cases, customers will need to ship the product back at their own risk.
- Exchange will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping Charges
- Currently, shipping is FREE for all orders across India.
