Return and Exchange Policy

At Ityaara, we care about your experience with us. Every product is created with attention and sincerity, and we want you to feel comfortable and confident while shopping. If something isn’t quite right, we are here to help with a simple and supportive return and exchange process.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 4 days of delivery.
  • Each order is eligible for return or exchange only once.
  • Orders purchased using Store Credit are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns and exchanges are free of cost, and we arrange pickup and shipping wherever serviceable.

2. Processing Time

  • Once the returned product reaches us, your Store Credit will be issued within 24–48 hours.
  • Exchange orders are placed only after the returned item is received.
  • If your chosen exchange item is unavailable due to stock issues, you may select an alternative from available stock.

3. Condition of Returned Products

Please ensure the following:

  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The product should be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • Products failing to meet these conditions will not be accepted.

These standards help us maintain hygiene and quality for all customers.

4. Damaged / Defective / Missing Items

  • Please record a parcel opening video at the time of delivery.
  • Share the video with us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund based on the situation.

Note:
Minor colour differences, slight print variations, or small fabric irregularities are natural in textile production and are not considered defects.

5. If Reverse Pickup Is Not Available

If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may ship the product directly to our warehouse.

6. Store Credit

  • Issued within 24–48 hours after the returned product is received.
  • Valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
  • Can be used to purchase any product on our website.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Store Credit gives you flexibility to choose any product whenever you are ready.

7. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Select the items and the reason for return or exchange
  3. Send photos or videos if the product is damaged or defective
  4. Pickup will be arranged for all serviceable Indian addresses
  5. Please ensure the product meets all return conditions

Requests for orders placed using Store Credit will be automatically declined.

8. Order Cancellation & Address Changes

  • You may request cancellation or an address change before your order is shipped.
  • Once shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

9. Final Decision Authority

Ityaara retains full and exclusive rights to make the final decision in all return, exchange, refund, and store credit matters. All approvals depend on quality checks and policy guidelines. In any uncertain or special situation, the company’s decision will be final.
